1/2 cup nuts (macadamias, almonds or walnuts work well)
1 x 500g packet Dad’s Traditional Oats
Seeds can be added for extra flavour
Coconut oil (if toasting)
Cut the nuts into smaller pieces if preferred.
Mix the dried fruit, goji berries, nuts and rolled oats together.
If you prefer a toasted version, line an oven tray with baking paper and preheat oven to 150°C (fan forced).
Mix the nuts and oats together, add a few spoonfuls of melted coconut oil.
Bake for 10 minutes, stir then bake for a further 10 minutes, or until golden and toasted.
Set aside to cool completely (muesli will form crisp clusters on cooling). Once toasted, add the dried fruit.
Can be served with milk, yoghurt, honey or fresh fruit.
Store in an airtight container.
